As shown in the title, the program broadcasts video files from your local hard drive by faking a Webcam. Now you can broadcast home movies, funny moments of your friends and family, holiday clips, etc. Instead of seeing only a face and a boring wall behind it, your friends will be entertained.
Using the program is an easy task. After installation, you need to open a video file (WMV, AVI, MPEG, MPG are the only formats supported), click 'Play' and you can broadcast a video stream for your friends to see instead of your Webcam view. The program can be used with the following instant messaging programs: Yahoo!, MSN, AOL, Paltalk, ICQ, Camfrog. The controls are basic: 'Play', Pause', 'Stop'. The quality is very good, but your CPU usage may go up to 100%.
